An Oasis reunion is not happening. We know that. Noel Gallagher knows that. But what about Liam? He seems to be holding out a glimmer of hope that he can reconcile with his brother and former bandmate, and has made this clear by saving a seat for Noel at all their recent shows.
Last week on Twitter/X, a musician with the username @simonloverules shared a photo he took at a recent Liam Gallagher concert (he maybeThe photo shows a poster for Liam Gallagher’s 30th anniversary concert, minus Noel, with the caption: “I’m in Liam Gallagher’s hospitality box and saw this on the seat in front of me.” Incredibly, the photo also shows a sign that reads: “Noel Gallagher, Booked.”
A few days later, another user who made their account private asked Liam for an explanation: “Does he save a seat for his brother at every show?” Liam replied bluntly: “Yeah, I don’t know.”
I don’t know them personally, but I suspect Liam hasn’t told Noel that he has a permanent seat. Just a few months ago, Liam was in Noel’s plans. maybe For the anniversary tour, he didn’t even personally invite Noel — his entourage called Noel’s entourage. (Either way, the answer was no.) In theory, no one knows, but I suspect so. But in this case, we can make an educated guess.
