The Every Company has partnered with US-based nutritional health brand, Landish Foods, to launch a line of ready-to-mix high-protein drink powders.
The joint venture between the two companies will establish a new brand called “Fermi” and launch two new products: “Protein Coffee Enhancer” and “Protein Matcha Latte.”
Both products contain Every’s egg white protein, which is produced using a precision fermentation process that is free of animal-derived ingredients and contains 8g of protein per serving. This method produces egg protein that is identical to nature, allowing food manufacturers to fortify a wide range of products with the clean-tasting protein. This helps improve the nutritional profile of consumers’ favorite vegan-friendly products without affecting texture or flavor.
Fermi products, which also feature ingredients such as MCTs and Lionsman Mushrooms, aim to meet the growing demand for accessible, clean and sustainable protein that can improve cognitive function.
Daniel Novak, CEO of Landisch Foods, explained that the company is always committed to sourcing pure ingredients with minimal environmental impact, but using plant-based proteins in beverages such as coffee and matcha can pose challenges in texture and taste.
He added: “Our new Fermi product line supports our customers’ health-first lifestyles by offering functional, protein-rich beverages with great flavour and texture, all while being sustainably produced.”
