At around 6 PM KST on June 20 (2:30 PM KST), chart-topping ballad singer K.Will released the music video for “No songs can express me.” In the video, Seo In Guk and Ahn Jae Hyun reunite for the first time in years since they worked together on another solo song, “Please don’t…,” continuing their love story with a new twist.
The cinematic music video begins with Seo In-guk lighting a cigarette outside a funeral home when he spots Ahn Jae-hyun getting out of his car, who quickly hides behind a wall, as if to hide his unexpressed feelings for him.
In the music video, Ahn Jae Hyun offers Seo In Guk a hot cup of coffee from a vending machine, while K. Will’s warm, vibrato-filled voice combines with gentle piano to create a melancholic atmosphere.
Seo In Guk is surprised to see him so close after so many years, but slowly comes out of his shell.
The next few frames of a noir scene depict their growing feelings for each other, or rather for Seo In Guk. All he can think about is his sudden reunion with Ahn Jae Hyun and his obvious confusion.
Years later, they are close again, Ahn Jae Hyun’s smile makes his eyes light up and his lips make Seo In Guk’s heart flutter, but he is still lost in thought.
